How to lose love handles???

Love handles, obliques or sides are the area where most excess fat is stored in most people especially women. This is the concern area for most people and as most believe this is the hardest bit to lose.
The core (mostly referred to as abs in common terms) comprises of 3 layers, these three layers of muscle slide each other. As far as the oblique is concerned, it originates from the lower 7 ribs and inserts to the fascia of the rectus abdominis. In scientific terms there are four different moments performed while the core is in action which are known as flexion, extension, lateral flexions and rotation.
The reality of love handles, side bends does not lose the fat in your obliques, it simply develops muscular endurance in your oblique muscles, when compared the side bents is more like a stretch to me rather than a resistance based exercise. Simply the fact is the nature of muscle surrounds your abdominals works more on a twisting movement, the muscle will work more properly thus making it to lose more excess fat in the area.
It’s not surprising to see a lot of people work to reduce their love handles by doing hundreds of side bents, but side bents are not the way to work on your love handles.
Fat stored your abdominals and love handles can only be lost through proper diet, resistance training and aerobic (cardiovascular) exercise.
A proper diet is the secret for a flat tummy, combined with an endurance based resistance training program followed by a minimum 20 minutes aerobic (cardiovascular) routine. Thus the theory of doing hundreds of sit-ups, crunches and other abdominal exercises will only develop muscular endurance a specific muscle called rectus abdominis (the six pack muscle invisible under the layer of fat in your abs).
So what is the best exercise for love handles …. I would suggest medicine ball woodchop, Russian twist and any other exercise that brings a twist and rotation followed by a minimum 20 minute aerobic (cardiovascular) routine and a good diet.
