Fitness means different things to different people. For me Fitness means, " The successful adaptations to the stresses of one's lifestyle", in other words the ability of a person to carryout the daily activities efficiently without fatigue.
Fitness can also be divided into five categories: Aerobic fitness, Anaerobic fitness, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, Motor skills and Body Composition.
But TOTAL FITNESS takes more than just physical fitness. It includes: physical, social, mental, spiritual, nutritional, medical and emotional wellbeing.
