Running is one of the best weight bearing exercise. It does not cost you anything. It’s the best way you can increase your cardiovascular fitness. If you are fit and you can walk or jog comfortably then it’s time that you add little intensity. Try to run atleast a 2km a day. Running can bring you many benefits. It strengthens your legs, improves bone density, improves your heart and lungs, and increases your metabolic rate which means you can burn fat even at rest. It also brings many psychological benefits to you like, reducing tension and anxiety and to deal more efficiently with stress and depression. It also keeps you in a positive state of mind and improves the quality of life. It makes you happy and it’s fun…....
Great article I think you should free dive too... you should write more on exercises that could tone certain part of the body while describing how the muscles are formed there and a bit in detail of how the excess fat get deposited in the part. any way great work and i appreciate it
